During the 1700’s, the Old State House was one of the largest buildings in Boston. It dwarfed the Revere House in its own day as shown in this wonderful display we saw on a recent visit to the Old State House. But by comparison to today’s standards, when it seems as though a new skyscraper goes up every other day, both historical structures look like miniatures!
If you haven’t been to the Old State House yet because it’s hard to find time to do ‘the tourist thing’ in your own city, you’re really missing out!
